  1. Halfcup soaked and drained mung dal
  2. 1 cupgrated carrot
  3. Halfcup grated fresh coconut
  4. 3chopped green chillies
  5. Chopped coriander
  6. Salt
  7. Lemon juice
  8. 2 spoonoil
  9. Mustard jeera and hing

    Make tadka with oil mustard, jeera hing and mix all the other ingredients. Add salt just before serving
