Ingredients

  1. 6boil potatoes
  2. 2chopp green chillies
  3. 2 tbsoil
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspchat masala
  9. leavesCoriander
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Put cumin seeds

  3. 3

    When crackle add mustard seeds

  4. 4

    Now add chopp green chillies

  5. 5

    Add 1/4 cut slices of potatoes

  6. 6

    Put salt and all powder masala

  7. 7

    Stir well

  8. 8

    Keep on simmer 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Now roast well

  10. 10

    Serve with phulka
