Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  2. 1/2 cupmint 🌿
  3. 1 tspblack salt
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Pinchhing
  6. 1 tspblack peppercorns
  7. 1/2 tbsproasted cumin powder
  8. 1 tspaamchur powder
  9. 1 tspsaunth powder
  10. 1/2 tbspsugar
  11. 2lime juice
  12. 4 glasschilled water
  13. Boondi for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all ingredients except boondi and water and blend it to a fine paste.

  2. 2

    Add water to the paste and mix well. Serve chilled garnished with boondi.
