Start with kneading flour, take flour add melted ghee. Mix them well. Add lukewarm water in little part and knead stiff dough. Keep the dough aside for half an hour to set.

After half an hour knead the dough again to make it smooth and soft. Divide the dough in part and take one part roll it like thick roti. Cut the prepared sheet in your desired shape. Now separate out shakarparas. Repeat the process for remaining dough.

To fry these heat the oil sufficient in a wok. Drop the shakarpara to check the oil. We don't need hot oil it should be medium hot. Now fry all the shakarparas.

For making sugar syrup, take any vessel and add sugar and water in it. Cook until the sugar dissolves completely. To check check take 1 to 2 drops in a bowl and take it between your finger. It should be one string. Now cool it and add shakerpara in it and mix well. Stir the sugar coated shakerpara with spoon to separate them out else they will stick to each other.
