First take 1/2 cup curd in A bowl. Now add Red chilli powder,chat masala, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt. Mix well and keep aside..

Add 3-4 tbsp oil and fry boiled potatoes till golden brown and keep aside, Take another pan and add 2 tbsp oil and add chopped onion (1cup) and tomato puree (1/2 cup) and red chilli powder (1 tsp) and mix well and cook for 5 mins. Now add curd mixture and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes..

:To the mixture now add fried potatoes. : Now add 1/2 cup water..Cover and cook for 5 - 8 mins..STEP 9 : At last add garam masala 1/2 tsp garam.masala and garnish with coriander leaves..Do try this yummy and best Bengal dum aloo recipe😋😋
