Put brinjal in gas,when it properly burn, put it in water and after sum time remove the black cover of it

In pan add oil rai, jeera dal green chillies onion,tomato,curry leaves then salt baingan, haldi and lastly add garam masala,mix well and cook for 5 minutes and serve.
