Steps

Cut both the ends of the beetroot and carrot and pressure cook it till it's boiled 70%, remove the peel with hands

Cut the onion and cucumber in cubes

Cut the beetroot and carrot also in cubes and chop the parsley
- 4
In a mixing bowl mix all the veggies and mix the lemon juice and pink salt, mix it thoroughly. Add the chopped parsley leaves and keep it in the fridge for some time, it's ready to serve
