Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupghee, melted
  3. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 1 cupsesame seeds
  5. 1 egg whites, beaten
  6. pinch salt

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the flour, sugar and salt into a bowl. Then add in the melted ghee and mix well with your fingers until you form a dough. Make sure not to knead the dough.

    Divide the dough into small balls, the size of a walnut.

    Preheat the oven to 350F.

    Roll out and flatten the balls with a rolling pin to form thin round cookies.

    Put the sesame seeds in a flat plate.

  6. 6

    Brush the surface of the cookie with the egg white and then dip one side of the cookies in the sesame seeds.

    Arrange the cookie dough in a baking tray, making sure to leave 3 cm space between each cookie.

    Bake in the oven on the highest rack for 5 to 7 minutes, until the top turns golden.

    Remove from oven and allow to cool completely; then transfer to a serving dish.
