This salad has a unique sweet and sour taste &a beautiful color that makes it stand out on a table.
Cooking Instructions

To prepare the sauce, mash the garlic with some salt in a bowl then add the lemon juice and oil and mix.

Place the beetroot cubes in another bowl. Pour the sauce over and mix well.

Move the salad to a serving plate and serve directly; you can decorate it with parsley.
