  1. 2 avocados, well ripe, mashed with the fork
  2. 1/2 medium tomato, chopped finely
  3. 1 green onion, diced finely
  4. 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  5. fresh ground pepper
  6. salt

    Mash the avocados with a fork. (It is better than blending to keep a nice consistence).

  2. 2

    Finely chop the tomato and green onion.

  3. 3

    Squeeze the lemon over the vegetables and then mix all ingredients together to have a very nice appetizer!
