2 avocados, well ripe, mashed with the fork
1/2 medium tomato, chopped finely
1 green onion, diced finely
1/2 lemon, squeezed
fresh ground pepper
salt

Mash the avocados with a fork. (It is better than blending to keep a nice consistence).

Finely chop the tomato and green onion.

Squeeze the lemon over the vegetables and then mix all ingredients together to have a very nice appetizer!
