  1. 15/16 kgshrimps, peeled, deveined and cooked
  2. 2 tomatoes, or 3, cut in small pieces
  3. 1/2 onion, white, chopped finely
  4. 12 lemons
  5. 2 oranges
  6. 3 limes, 6 if small
  7. 1 bunch of cilantro, small, chopped finely
  8. salt and pepper

    Squeeze the lemons, oranges and limes. Add some salt and completely cover the shrimp and onion (overnight if possible, otherwise a minimum of 4 hours).

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and cilantro 1-2 hours before serving.

  3. 3

    Rectify taste by adding salt and pepper as needed.
