Ingredients

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 cupoil
  4. 3/4 cupsugar
  5. 4 tablespoonschocolate powder, nesquik
  6. 1 cupflour
  7. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  8. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  9. For the toffee:
  10. 1/2 cupsugar
  11. 170 gcream, equivalent to 1 can

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the eggs, milk, oil, sugar, chocolate powder (nesquik) for 15 minutes.

    Add flour, vanilla and baking powder to the mixture, and then bake the cake in the oven for 20 minutes.

    To prepare the toffee:

    Put the sugar in a pot, wait until it melts and add in the cream. Mix together until their color is brown then spread the toffee over the cake.

what is the cream? condensed milk or heavy cream? also what temperature do we bake this on?
