A quick chicken recipe prepared with curry, onion & garlic sauce. Serve with rice.

The rice should be prepared first. Wash the rice and soak it for ½ an hour and then boil it in salted water. When it is done, place it in a serving bowl.

Place the chopped cucumber in a small serving bowl.

To prepare the chicken curry, fry the onions in a saucepan with the vegetable oil until soft.

Add in the mashed garlic and fry it a little. Then add the chicken and fry it until golden in color.

Add in the curry, salt and enough water until the chicken is covered. Stir well.

When the chicken comes to a boil, lower the heat and leave it until the chicken is done.

Add in flour and stir a little until the stock thickens, and then immediately remove saucepan from heat.

Place the chicken curry alone in the main serving dish.

Place the fried potatoes in another serving bowl.

To eat this dish, serve it as follows: top the layer of rice with some cucumbers. Add the chicken with the curry sauce. Add the fried potatoes on top of the chicken…and enjoy.
