Steps

Wash chicken, season and cook until soft, then heat up oil fry and keep aside.

Wash all vegetables and grate, slice onions. Heat up oil and fry well then add chicken stock and stir, add Maggi, corriander and stir, cover the pot and allow to cook on low heat for 3 minutes then add fried Chicken and cook steam for a minute.

Put water on fire and set to boil then add rice, allow to perboil for 5 minutes then wash and drain. Put water again and repeat same process, the add salt to taste and cook until soft and water completely drained.

Wash and peel carrots, grate and set aside.

Serve rice in a plate and sprinkle grated carrots evenly, add sauce and enjoy 😋
