Ingredients

20 minutes
3 Parathas
  1. For Salad Stuffing
  2. 1 tspfinely chopped onions
  3. 1 tspchopped onion greens
  4. 2 tspfinely chopped Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper mixture
  5. 2 tspgrated and sqeezed cucumber
  6. 2 tspgrated and sqeezed carrot
  7. 1 tspchopped tomatoes,deseeded
  8. 2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 tspchopped mint leaves
  10. 1/2 tspchopped green chilloes
  11. 1 tsplemon juice
  12. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  13. To tasteSalt
  14. 1 Pinchblack pepper
  15. 1 PinchBlack salt
  16. 2 tspyogurt/hung curd
  17. For Dough
  18. 2 cupsMultigrain Floor
  19. 1 Pinchsalt
  20. 1 tspchopped coriander
  21. 2 tspmilk
  22. As requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix chopped coriander and milk in flour and make dough by adding water little by little. Make a tight dough and not very soft.

    Keep the dough aside and cover up with a lid.

    For stuffing, mix chopped vegetables, green chillies and curd in a bowl. Add lemon juice, chilli powder, salt, black salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and sqeeze all the water.

    Now mix yoghurt in the last and mix well. Sqeeze the remaining water if any.

    Make the balls of dough and flat then in small portions. Put the stuffing in the centre and fold with the hands. Now flatten it to make a round Paratha.

    Roast it nicely from both the sides on low flame on a nonstick tawa. No need to add oil or butter as oir stuffing is soft. Cut into 4 parts and serve with tomato ketchup, mint chutney or imli chutney.
