Khajur Barfi
#sweettooth The healthiest Sugar free khajur Barfi.
Steps

Remove seeds from khajur and put them in mixture grinder and grind them very well.

First dry roast the Poppy seeds.Then Chop the nuts.Heat 1 tsp ghee and fry the nuts.

Then heat remaining ghee and add khajur and cook till it comes to the Barfi consistency then add nuts and poppy seeds(khas khas). And mix it very well and cook another 5 minutes then remove from heat.

Let it slightly cool. Then shape them you can shape them into balls and roll and cut Barfi as per your choice.Decorate with some more poppy seeds.
