Ingredients

  • For dough:-
  • 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  • 1/2instant oatmeal coarsely grind
  • 3 tbspoil/ghee
  • As per tasteSalt
  • As requiredWater to knead
  • For For stuffing:-
  • 1 cupGreen peas boiled
  • 1/2 cuppapdi gathiya
  • 50 gmspaneer
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 sprigcoriander leaves
  • 1 tspaamchur
  • 1 tspsesame seeds
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspdhaniya jeera powder

Steps

    For dough:- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well with fingers and palm.

  2. 2

    Add water to make a smooth and firm dough. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    For stuffing:- Grind all the ingredients mentioned in the list to a coarse mixture and keep it aside.

  4. 4

    Divide the dough into equal lemon size ball. Roll out each ball into thick circular Puri

  5. 5

    Put 1-2 tbsp stuffing mixture in the centre of Puri. Wrap stuffing with Puri and seal it's edges and again give it a shape of ball.

  6. 6

    Heat oil over medium flame to deep fry kachoris.

  7. 7

    Deep fry over low flame until they turn light brown.

  8. 8

    Enjoy kachori with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
