  • 1butternut squash
  • 10 clmilk
  • Meringue with curry
  • 2egg white
  • 4 clwater
  • 120 gsugar
  • 1 teaspooncurry
  • Salt and pepper
  • Squash chips
  • 1 slicesquash

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the squash and cook with milk.the squash must be melting.mixed,season and siphon with one cartridge!

    Mix water and sugar and to heat until 120 degrees Celsius.beat the white eggs, add syrup.finaly add the curry,salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Finely cut the squash and fry
