Steps

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan then add semolina and roast it on a low flame for 5 min or until nice aroma hits you.

Add sugar and mix it well

After mixing add water and saffron water and stir it continuously till light consistency. Then add Cardamom powder

Garnish it with almond and pishtachio and the kesariya halwa is ready to eat.
