Lebanese Fattoush with Diet Chicken Thighs

Marinate the chicken thighs in the marinade for three hours.

Place the thighs in a baking dish, add a cup of water to the dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for half an hour or less, depending on your oven's heat.

For the fattoush, chop the previously mentioned vegetables and mix them together in a large bowl.

Add the fattoush dressing made of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses, a pinch of sumac, a pinch of dried mint, and the remaining spices. Then add 1 tablespoon of yogurt, shake the mixture in a jar, and add it to the vegetables to make a delicious fattoush.
