Steps

First we wash and cut veggies and keep in pressure cooker for 4 to5 whistles

Then make gravy for bhaji in mixer add tomatoes chopped and onions and grind fine paste

Now after cook veggies mashed well all veggies with masher

Heat oil or butter In pan add ginger garlic paste saute then add gravy stirr continue

Add pav bhaji masala,red chilli powder saute for a while then add mashed veggies and mix well then add salt mix well

Ready to serve with pav and butter
