Pressure cook green moong till one whistle, with some salt and strain water and keep aside.(make sure that moong is not over cooked)

No add all dry masalas to the moong and mix

Take a portion of chapati dough and roll a small chapati, now spread some ghee and take some moong mixture and keep it in centre.

Take the sides of chapati and neatly fold the moong mixture in the chapati dough, now roll it neatly with light hands

Heat tawa and roast the paratha nicely on both the sides, applying ghee on both the sides, when done remove and repeat for rest of the parathas.

Serve Moong paratha with sindhi papad, pickle or curd, it's a nice protein pack breakfast to start your day enjoy...
