Take all ingredients, First of all pressure cook raw mangoes along with 2-3 cup of water till 2-3 whistles are released. Open the lid when the excess air is completely released. Peel & deseed the cooked raw mangoes & reserve the flesh in a bowl. Strains the flesh in another bowl.

Now take a mixy jar, add flesh,some mint,sugar,roasted jeera powder,

Black salt, salt, Now blend together some ice cubes.

Now take a glass/chilled glass take ½ glass of raw mango puree mixture,add ½ portion with chilled water,mix it well.. Add sprinkle of jeera powder,black salt and ice cube.

Served chilled garnish with mint spring & some boondi.
