Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh coconut pieces
  • 2 tbspThick yogurt
  • 3 tbspraw peanuts
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 inchginger
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupCoriander
  • Tempting for chutney
  • 4curry leaves
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly mix coconut, peanut, green chillies, ginger, yogurt, salt and coriander. Mix into blender.

    Grind to make that to fine paste. Remove the chutney mixture into a bowl.

    Heat a pan. Add oil is hot add Firstly crackle the mustard seeds add curry leaves and asafoetida.fry some seconds till the curry leaves start to becomes crisp.

    Now pour Tempting over chutney mixture and mix well.

    Serve coconut peanuts chutney with Idli, dosa.
