Firstly add gram flour,sugar and salt.add some water in it.mix it very well. Make smooth batter like we use for fritters.keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now cut the bread slices in round shape with the help of bowl or any other thing.cut the paneer in round shape or any other shape.now heat the Idli stand.afterthat keep bread slices in idli mould.

Afterthat apply green chutney on it.now keep paneer slices on it.sprinkle chat masala on the paneer.

Now add eno fruit salt in gram flour batter.mix it.imidieatly spread batter on bread slices.cover it completely.steam it for 10 minutes.

Now heat the oil.add mustard seeds,curry patta.afterthat add degi mirch and bread paneer dhokla.soute for 3 minutes on low flame.serve it with sauces and green chutney.
