Ingredients

45 minutes
2 servings
  1. 600 mlmilk
  2. 2 tbspmilk
  3. 2ice apple (chopped)
  4. 10-12 strandssaffron
  5. 1 tsppistachios
  6. 1.5 tsptuttifutti
  7. 2-3 tspsugar or as per your taste
  8. 1/2 tspcardamom powder

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the saffron in 2 tbsp of milk for sometime.

  2. 2

    Boil the milk for sometime till they become thick by stirring occasionally and when they become less than half then add the sugar and saffron milk in it.

    Allow it to boil for sometime and then add chopped pistachios in it.

    Again stir it and then add chopped ice apple and tutti futti in it.

    Now add cardamom powder, mix it well and switch off the flame and your ice apple rabdi is now ready.

    Keep it in refrigerator for sometime and serve it in chill condition by garnishing some saffron strand and pistachios in it.
