Cut potato like finger chips and kept it for boil for 5 mints now put out finger chips and scatter it on plate leave it for 20 minutes after that make a thick paste of some maida and rice flour

Now coated chips into this paste and deep fry it

Now take another pan add some oil then add chopped green chilli and garlic then add soya sos and vinegar and cornflour with water add salt and red chilli as per taste

Now add finger chips into it and shake well and decorate it with seasom seeds and spring onions
