Ingredients

  • 1 kgpotato peel and sliced
  • 4-5capsicum sliced
  • To tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 1 tspamchoor powder
  • 1 tspkitchen king
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok and fry potato and capsicum.

  2. 2

    Now take another pan, heat 2 tsp oil saute tomato add slat, red chilli powder and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now add fried potato and capsicum and all spices according bhi taste.

  4. 4

    Mix well.

  5. 5

    Sabhi is ready to serve.
