Steps

Cook the rice till soft and keep aside.

Add curd to the rice and mix properly. The rice should be a bit mushy. Add coriander leaves. Mix well.

Heat oil in a pan and add jeera and mustard. Then add red chilli in two broken parts. Add urad dal,curry leaves and hing.

Add the tempering to the curd rice amd serve.
