Mix maida, semolina, wheat flour, pepper powder, ajwain, salt 2 tbsp warm oil, knead a dough, cover it and keep it for rest for half an hour.

Make chapati and cut small round shape mathri, place one whole black pepper on center of mathri.

Heat oil in a wok,and deep fry all mathri on low flame.

When it golden brown, take out from oil and spread on absorbent paper to remove extra oil.

Mathri is ready serve with tea.
