Blanch your kale in hot water for 3 minutes.then put it in a food processor to grind it.reemobe and set aside

In your pan,add your butter with a little bit of oil and cook your onions till translucent.add you garlic and stir.Add your spices and mix well

Then add your boiled maize,mashed potatoes and the grinded kale and mix everything together.add the milk depending on the consistency you would like.The milk makes it more creamy.

Cook it so that everything mixes together well.adjust the salt and squeeze in the lemon to give it a nice taste.

Serve with meat of your choice.I decided on some stir fried chicken.
