Take wheat flour in parat. Add moong dal khichdi corriender leaves salt asofoetidared chilli powder turmeric powder sesseme seeds mix well.

Now heat half cup water add sugar and jeggary stir and dilute properly. Let it cool. and Knead dough with this water add oil and make a thick dough.

Ake a ball and roll. Roast on a slow flame. Tasty mughdi khakhra is ready to serve with chai.
