Ingredients

  1. 2egg yolks
  2. 2 cupsmilk
  3. 3 1/2 tbspsugar
  4. splashvanilla
  5. pinchsalt
  6. 2 cupsflour w/ 2 tsp of baking powder
  7. 2egg whites - beaten
  8. 2plums

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat together wet ingredients except for egg whites ingredients.

  2. 2

    Beat and add dry ingredients slowly.

  3. 3

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

  4. 4

    Add egg whites last by folding.

  5. 5

    Fold in fruit and fry!
