2egg yolks
2 cupsmilk
3 1/2 tbspsugar
splashvanilla
pinchsalt
2 cupsflour w/ 2 tsp of baking powder
2egg whites - beaten
2plums

Steps

Beat together wet ingredients except for egg whites ingredients.

Beat and add dry ingredients slowly.

Beat egg whites until stiff.

Add egg whites last by folding.

Fold in fruit and fry!
