Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 piecegarlic (finely chopped)
  • ■ Ingredients for meat balls
  • 200 gminced pork
  • 10 cmlong leek (finely chopped, used only white part)
  • 1 tablespoonstarch
  • Salt and pepper a little
  • ■ Seasonings for meat balls
  • 1 tspchili oil
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 4 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 4 tablespoonssake
  • To tastesalt and pepper
  • little spice powder (Wu-xiang-feng)
  • 2 teaspoonsgrated ginger
  • ■ Pho
  • 2servings pho
  • Some chicken soup stock
  • To tastesalt and pepper
  • Some bean sprouts
  • 4 leaveslemongrass

Steps

    Put all the in a bowl and knead with your hands. Form in small round balls. (Around 8 pieces)

    Mix all the in the bowl.

    Heat some oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic, and place the meat dumplings.
    Add seasonings to the frying pan, cover, and steam for a while. Turn the balls over until whole sides are well cooked.

    Boil plenty of hot water and cook 2 servings of dry Pho noodles (about 5 minutes).

    Prepare noodle soup. Boil hot water in another small pan and add some chicken broth seasonings(as much as you like). Cook lemongrass and sprouts together.

    Serve everything in a bowl and finish! Enjoy!
