Ingredients

450 gramsTurkey mince
40 gramsporridge oats
2 tablespoonsWorcester sauce
1egg
1finely chopped onion
2 teaspoonsdried Sage
a little vegetable oil

Steps

Brush oil around a small oven dish. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Spoon mixture into the oven dish.

Cover the dish with greaseproof paper and weight down with a plate.

Put in a preheated oven (gas mark 5) for 70 minutes.
