In a pot, add the chicken stock, seasoning, curry, per boiled rice and cook

In a pan, pour in oil, add ginger, garlic paste and and fry for a few minutes then add the sliced vegetables, green beans,onions, carrots, liver, green pepper and sweet corn

Stir the vegetables add a little salt to taste, pour in the cooked rice and stir all together, leave on the heat for 2 minutes

Served with coleslaw, fried chicken, sliced cucumber and boiled egg
