Restaurant Style Gobi Manchurian

Take warm water with 1 spoon salt and soak Gopi in it for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes wash it and drain water. Keep it aside

Mix maida and corn flour with salt, pepper powder and 1 TSP chilli sauce. Add water and prepare a batter like that of dosa batter.

Dip the Gopi in this batter and deep fry them in the oil

Keep a kadai on the stove. Add 2 spoons oil.

When it is hot add finely chopped onion, ginger and garlic one by one and saute for 2 minutes

Add finely chopped capsucum and saute it for 2 minutes

Add tomato sauce, remaining chilli sauce and soya sauce.

Saute for 2 minutes. Add fried Gopi.

Saute for 2 minutes. Finally garnish with spring onion and transfer it to a serving bowl.
