Wash and chop tomatoes, onions, pepper, carrots, green pepper and set aside

Wash liver, add water and pre boil with a pinch of salt and onions for some minutes. Bring out the Iiver and dice

Return liver in a pan and add some oil and all other ingredients and allow to cook til the stock is almost dry then add the sliced green pepper and turn off the heat

Served wit boiled spaghetti
