Ingredients

  • sugar
  • fish sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • vegetable oil, just a little
  • pork ribs (can substitute with chicken/beef/tender pork ribs as desired)
  • 4-5 stalkslemongrass
  • 3-4kaffir lime leaves
  • garlic
  • bird's eye chilies
  • water

    Preparation Steps 1. Chop the chilies until fine 2. Finely chop the bird's eye chilies 3. Slice the lemongrass diagonally

    Cooking Steps

    1. Heat a pan and add a little vegetable oil

  7. 7

    2. Add the chopped garlic and bird's eye chilies, stir-fry until fragrant and golden

  8. 8

    3. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until partially cooked

  9. 9

    4. Add the sliced lemongrass and stir to combine

  10. 10

    5. Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar

  11. 11

    6. Stir-fry for a moment, then add a little water. Cover the pot or pan and let it sit for about 10 minutes

  12. 12

    7. Continue to stir-fry until the flavors are absorbed

  13. 13

    8. Tear the kaffir lime leaves and add them, stir-fry for a moment, then serve
