Defrost lemongrass and cut pork into thin slices

In a pan on high heat, add garlic and lemongrass and fry, adding pork

Add salt, chicken powder, sugar, soy sauce. Cook and add enough water to prevent drying and burning

Turn to low heat, cover for 5 minutes to cook pork completely

Remove lid and cook for another 10-15 minutes, then turn off heat
