In a heating pan, take 5 tsp of Oil and aloow it to heat up nicely.

Add 1/2 tsp of Mustard Seeds (Rai), 1/2 tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera) and 1/4 tsp of Hing.

Then add 1/2 cup of chopped Onions, 1 tsp of Ginger paste and 1 tsp of grated Garlic into the pan and saute for few min.

Furthermore, add 1/2 cup of Tomato paste and mix well until Oil sepatares.

Then add all the spices like 3/4 tsp of Red Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi), 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala, 1/2 tsp of Coriander Powder (Dhaniya), 1/4 tsp of Onion Garlic Masala and saute for more 1 Min.

Then take 1 cup of cubed cut Potatoes (without peeling but washed properly) and give a nice mix.

Then add 1/2 tsp of Salt and 1 cup of Water and mix well.

Cover the lid and cook on medium flame for 15 Min. After 15 Min. just check if Potatoes are properly cooked orelse keep for few more min.

Now the Dhaba Style Aloo Gravy is ready to serve hot with Roti or Chapati.
