First soak black gram for 5 hours and drain water, grind well,add salt and mix well

Now mix salt in 1 litre lukewarm water,and keep this water aside

Now heat oil drop grinded batter in small amount in oil and fry till golden brown

Now place all vada in water

And beat curd,add spices

Take out vada in a plate and pour curd on it and serve.
