  • Scotch bonnet
  • Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Per boil the rice and set aside

  2. 2

    In a pot add your oil, onions grinded scotch bonnet, ginger, garlic, tomato paste and fry

  3. 3

    Add water and let it boil

  4. 4

    Add the per boiled rice, seasoning, curry and cook

  5. 5

    Served with salad
