Chop onion into big pieces. Boil and puree Paalak without water. Crush ginger garlic, green chilli and make paste.

In a pan add oil. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Saute for a while and add onion pieces. Saute nicely once it turns pink add ginger garlic paste. Saute for a while and add Paalak puree. In other pan boil water and add equal pieces of paneer. Keep it in boiled water for 8-10 minutes. Add all spices to palak. Add paneer cubes and cook it for another 4-5 minutes.serve hot with Paratha..
