Slit the dates from the center and remove the seeds. Do not cut the dates in two halves, give a cut as is enough to remove the seed. Stuff one almond in each date.

Press tightly and close the open ends so that almond does not come out.

Boil water in a pan. Add the chocolate compound to a silicon mould and let it melt.

Dip the stuffed dates in the melted chocolate and let it coat well from all sides.

Refrigerate till the chocolate sets. Remove from fridge and store in air tight container.
