Chirashi-Sushi

If you are planning to have a party at home, chirashi-sushi is something I definitely recommend. It's easy to make, healthy, and goes well with any kind of alcohol. I like to pair it with sparkling wine. Try it and you will love it!!

If you are planning to have a party at home, chirashi-sushi is something I definitely recommend. It's easy to make, healthy, and goes well with any kind of alcohol. I like to pair it with sparkling wine. Try it and you will love it!!
Steps
- 1
Put cooked rice into a large bowl. If you don't have a Japanese sushi bowl, wooden salad bowl will work just fine.
- 2
Mix vinegar with the rice in a cutting motion. Fanning will remove extra moisture and the rice will start to shine.
- 3
Mix up salmon and inari skins.
- 4
Sprinkle sesame, dry seaweed, and some leek.
