Ingredients

2 servings
  • 360 mlhot cooked rice
  • 3 tbspvinegar (sushi vinegar preferable)
  • 100 gsmoked salmon (cut into small pieces)
  • 2inari-skins (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tbspsesame
  • dry seaweed (cut into small pieces)
  • leek or shiso (minced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put cooked rice into a large bowl. If you don't have a Japanese sushi bowl, wooden salad bowl will work just fine.

  2. 2

    Mix vinegar with the rice in a cutting motion. Fanning will remove extra moisture and the rice will start to shine.

  3. 3

    Mix up salmon and inari skins.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle sesame, dry seaweed, and some leek.
