Bolillo rolls
Pork carnitas, to taste
Tomato, to taste
Onion, to taste
Jalapeño pepper, to taste
Mayonnaise, to taste
Mustard, to taste
Avocado, to taste
Salt, to taste

Slice all the ingredients into small pieces.

Spread mayonnaise, mustard, and avocado on the bolillo roll. Then add the carnitas and top with the vegetables. Enjoy!
