Millet Munchurian

I love experimenting new, healthy and different varieties of meals, so today I have prepared a curry with lots of vegetables, ragi flour, oats flour, wheat flour along with varieties of other millets and some spices.
I avoid using maida, cornstarch in any of my dish hence my experiment with the above ingredients has made the Manchurian dish come out extremely well and a must try for all.

Dry roast the oats for 2 minutes, then make powder. Then in a bowl mix chopped carrot, beans, cauliflower, potato, salt to taste, chilli, fenugreek leaves, 3 tbsp oats powder, ragi flour, and add wheat flour. Mix it throughly if required add 3 tbsp of water and make small manchurian balls.

Heat oil in a kadhai then fry all manchurian balls till light brown in colour. Take another pan heat 2 tbsp of oil add onion, garlic and fry for 1 minute then add tomato, zucchini, capsicum, salt 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder, chilli, soya sauce, tomato sauce mix it, then add all the manchurians and 3 tbsp of oats powder stir it immediately then add 4 cups of water in it, mix it smoothly and slowly, cook for 3 minutes, decorate with coriander leaves zucchini, tomato slices
