Peel wash and cut your potatoes in to cubes and set aside

Chop your herbs and I’ve the bell peppers and onion

In a baking dish or pan add the potatoes and chicken

Add black pepper rosemary salt and seasoning cubes

Add onions and grated onion and garlic

Add the chopped herbs

Followed by the bell peppers and

And butter and pop it in to the oven bake till everything is well cooked

Serve warm
