  • Flour (Maida or white flo atta)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Yeast

Steps

    Take a steel bowl add maida or white flo atta add pinch of salt yeast add water and make a soft dow..

  3. 3

    Set them to rest about 6 hours...

  4. 4

    Make ball to make roti...

  5. 5

    Press it on a roti board with hands and make a round shape..

  6. 6

    Now lit the stove put a big empty karahai to heat set your roti in a fring pan wet the pan slightly with water...

  7. 7

    When karahi heat up like tandor put fry pan on it like shown in pic.

    Wait 5 to 10 min serve with any Dish...healthy + yummy
